I made this toy pickup truck in my Toymakers Shop using traditional woodworking tools and hand-finished it with Baby Blue and Metallic Blue Acrylic Paint and Amber Shellac. I make every effort to make sure my toys perform well. I carefully test each toy before it is listed in my store. All of the materials I use to make my toys are nontoxic.

I made this small wooden toy minivan from wood in my toymakers shop using traditional woodworking tools and finished it with amber shellac. All of the materials I use in making my toys are nontoxic. The amber shellac finish provides a durable child-safe finish that also allows the beauty of the wood to show through. Shellac is a naturally occurring substance used extensively in food.

These toys are sturdy, durable, pocket-size, and built for play. The small size is easy for little hands to carry with them or keep in a busy bag.

My grandson has a lot of these in various colors and finishes. He has been playing with them for over two years, and they are still going strong, outlasting many factory-made plastic toys. Like all my toys, they are grandson tested and approved.

I make every effort to make sure my toys perform well. Nylon washers are inserted between the wheels and the body to ensure the toy rolls smoothly and the wheels do not rub against the car body. I carefully test each toy before it is listed in my store.

I make my Halloween cutouts in my toymakers shop using traditional woodworking tools from wood and other materials. Each piece is hand-sanded and ready to paint. All materials used in making my toys are nontoxic.

Backlighting with LED tea lights is recommended for a spooky effect.

Unlike many thinner cutouts, these are freestanding and are good pretend toys. They can stand comfortably on window sills, door frames, shelves, or narrow ledges.

I made the first batch of these for my grandson, Odin. He is crazy about anything Halloween-related. They are great Halloween decorations, but for my grandson, they are toys. He builds haunted houses from blocks and uses them as scary occupants.
