I made this wood toy frog in my Toymaker's Shop using traditional woodworking tools. Each piece starts as unfinished wood, carefully sanded smooth so it feels perfect in the hand and ready to paint. The frog stands freely on its own and works wonderfully as a stacking toy when paired with other similar pieces from my collection. All materials are completely nontoxic.
My grandkids have many small-animal cutouts like this one, and they stack them in endless creative arrangements and play with these more than any other toy I have ever made for them.
I shape each frog from small wood cutoffs saved from larger projects. Because of this, dimensions vary slightly from piece to piece, and the exact type of wood depends on what I have available at the time. If a customer prefers a specific wood species, I am happy to discuss a custom order.
Custom colors, sizes, and quantities are available upon request. Every item I make by hand from natural wood, so each one carries unique grain patterns and subtle differences. The frog that arrives at your door may vary slightly from the listing photos, including slight changes in thickness.
