I created this wood toy cutout from smooth, unfinished wood, sanded by hand, and ready for paint. This little cow stands freely on its own and works as part of a stacking set when paired with other animals from the my Itty Bitty Animal Collection.
My grandkids have many of these small animal cutouts and stack them in endless creative ways, which fosters both their creativity and coordination. He reaches for them more often than any other toy I have made for him. Watching a child find such delight in a simple piece of wood reminds me why I love crafting these toys.

Each piece comes from small wood cutoffs left over from larger projects. Because of this, dimensions may vary slightly from the listed measurements, and the type of wood depends on what I have available at the time. I handcraft every item in my shop from natural wood and wood products. Each piece is unique, so the one that arrives may differ slightly from the listing photos. Wood thickness can vary a little from the stated size as well.
