Each dinosaur starts as raw hardwood, hand-cut and sanded to create friendly, rounded forms that are safe and satisfying for small hands. The classic silhouettes feature expressive details: a gentle curved neck and tail, playful open mouths, simple drilled eyes, and those iconic plate-like or spiky backs, evoking brachiosaurs, stegosauruses, or other beloved prehistoric pals.
Sturdy wooden wheels let toddlers push or pull them across floors. The design keeps everything simple yet robust, no small loose parts, sharp edges, or toxic finishes, just pure, natural wood goodness, sanded silky smooth and ready for adventures.
These toys are built for toddlers discovering their world: encouraging gross motor skills, imaginative play, and endless dino stomping fun. Whether it's a backyard expedition or indoor roaring rampage, they're tough enough for daily play while remaining beautiful enough to become cherished keepsakes.
Currently in progress in the shop: clamping stages for precise shaping, detailed sanding for that buttery finish, and final assembly. Each one gets individual attention from the scroll saw to the final hand-rubbed polish.
