I use traditional woodworking tools to make this Big Cat Family Puzzle from select grade hardwoods in my Toymaker's Shop. I carefully sand all the parts, removing any sharp edges. The puzzle is finished with a custom blend of USP Grade Mineral Oil, Beeswax, and carnauba wax that I apply hot to get deep penetration and durability. The puzzle is freestanding and can sit easily on a shelf, window sill, or 3/4-inch or wider door frame. The individual parts make good pretend toys.

Each puzzle is carefully assembled and tested. My puzzles are of the highest quality I can make. Sometimes, I reject as many as 20% at some point in the build process for defects. Quality assurance happens at all build stages, so very few completed puzzles have issues. The few completed puzzles that have a problem are fixed or rejected. All of the materials used in making my puzzles are nontoxic.

This handmade wooden toy flatbed lumber truck is made to order in my toymaker's shop using traditional woodworking tools. Many colors and finishes are available, including oils or no finish. Some colors are more expensive than others. These are typically lighter colors that require more coats of paint and more sanding to get good coverage. Since the toy is made to order, I can paint it almost any color. Custom orders are welcome. The truck's body is hand-painted with acrylic paint, and the bed and wheels are finished with amber shellac.

There are five trucks in this series. One of the trucks is a tow truck that can tow the other trucks. The hook under the front of the truck is for towing.
