Custom sizes and quantities, and materials are available via custom order. Pine, Oak, Poplar, Plywood, and MDF materials are readily available. Other wood types are more costly and require longer processing times.

Thicknesses are available in 1/8-inch, 1/4-inch, 1/2-inch, and 3/4-inch. Thinner cutouts may only be available made from plywood due to strength considerations.

I can easily make these in any size up to 8-inches wide. Larger sizes are available at additional cost. Larger sizes require hiring a print shop to print the patterns, but I can make them.

If you can draw it I can cut it.

I hand-cut these in my shop from MDF using traditional woodworking tools. MDF is excellent for painting. However, I can make these from wood in any size or thickness you need if you prefer wood.

An unfinished 3/4-inch thick Halloween Haunted House cut by hand on a scroll saw. It has been lightly sanded with 220 grit sandpaper and is ready to be painted. Unlike many thinner cutouts, these are freestanding and make good pretend toys.

I made the first of these for my grandson, Odin. He is crazy about anything Halloween-related. They are great Halloween decorations, but for my grandson, they are toys. He builds haunted houses from blocks and uses them for occupants.

I make items by hand from natural wood and wood products. They can differ from one piece to the next. The one you receive may be slightly different from the item in the listing photos. Wood thickness may vary slightly from the stated size.

Not for children under three years old or kids that are still chewing things. If the toy breaks, small parts may present a choking hazard. Small children should not play with this toy without adult supervision.
