I make my Halloween cutouts in my toymakers shop using traditional woodworking tools from wood and other materials. Each piece is hand-sanded and ready to paint.

These are nominal 3/4-inch thick and freestanding. The ghost will sit on a windowsill, shelf, table, or doorframe. Backlighting with LED tea lights is recommended for a spooky effect.

I made an unfinished 3/4-inch thick Halloween Ghost in my shop using traditional woodworking tools. It has been lightly sanded with 220 grit sandpaper and is ready to be painted. Unlike many thinner cutouts, these are freestanding and make good pretend toys.

This one is made from MDF. MDF Paints well, but if you prefer solid wood or plywood, please let me know.

I made the first batch of these for my grandson, Odin. He is crazy about anything Halloween-related. They are great Halloween decorations, but for my grandson, they are toys. He builds haunted houses from blocks and uses them for occupants.

A handmade wood Ghost cutout. Use for making Halloween ornaments, mobiles, toys, and other decorations. The 3/4-inch thick Halloween Ghost cut by hand on a scroll saw. It has been lightly sanded with 220 grit sandpaper and is ready to be painted. Unlike many thin cutouts, these are 3/4-inch thick and free freestanding. They make good pretend toys.

Custom sizes and quantities, and materials are available via custom order. Pine, Oak, Poplar, Plywood, and MDF materials are readily available. Other wood types are more costly and require longer processing times.

Thicknesses are available in 1/8-inch, 1/4-inch, 1/2-inch, and 3/4-inch. Thinner cutouts may only be available made from plywood due to strength considerations.

I can easily make these in any size up to 8-inches wide. Larger sizes are available at additional cost. Larger sizes require hiring a print shop to print the patterns, but I can make them.

If you can draw it, I can cut it.
