A wooden Ostrich toy I made in my Toymaker's Shop using traditional woodworking tools. I made the toy from unfinished wood, sanded it smooth, and it is ready to paint. The toy is free-standing and makes a great stacking or pretend toy when combined with other similar toys.
I make small animals from wood scraps left over from other projects. Because of this, the thickness will vary but will never be less than 1/2-inch. The type of wood and thus the color will vary. If you want a particular type of wood, please don't hesitate to contact me.

My grandson has many small-animal cutouts that he loves to stack in different ways. I think he plays with them more than any other toy I have made for him.
