A handmade, unfinished 3/4-inch thick Halloween Jack-o-Lantern cut by hand on a scroll saw. It has been lightly sanded with 220 grit sandpaper and is ready to be painted. Unlike many thinner cutouts, these are freestanding and make good pretend toys. They will sit easily on a doorframe, window sill, shelf, or ledge at least 3/4-inch wide.

Approximate Size:
Height 3.5 inches
Width 3.5 Inches
Thickness 0.75 inch

Custom sizes and quantities, and materials are available via custom order. Pine, Oak, Poplar, Plywood, and MDF are readily available. Other wood types are more costly and require longer processing times.

Thicknesses are available in 1/8-inch, 1/4-inch, 1/2-inch, and 3/4-inch. Thinner cutouts may only be available made from plywood due to strength considerations.

I can easily make these in any size up to 8-inches wide. Larger sizes are available at additional cost. Larger sizes require hiring a print shop to print the patterns, but I can make them.

If you can draw it, I can cut it.

I made the first batch of these for my grandson, Odin. He is crazy about anything Halloween-related. They are Halloween decorations, but for my grandson, they are toys. He builds haunted houses from blocks and uses them as scary occupants.

I make items from natural wood, which varies considerably from one piece to the next. Size and appearance may vary from the photos.

Not for children under three years old or kids that are still chewing things. If the toy breaks, small parts may present a choking hazard. Small children should not play with this toy without adult supervision.
