After sanding it smooth, the result is a charming kitten that stands freely and makes an excellent stacking toy, especially when paired with others from my Itty Bitty Animal Collection. My grandkids enjoy stacking these small animal cutouts and find creative ways to play with them, often choosing them over other toys I’ve made. It’s rewarding to see how much joy they bring to children, spanning generations of play. Since I started making these toys in 1985, many of them are still in use today and likely will be loved by great-grandchildren in the future.
