MDF Paints well, but if you prefer solid wood or plywood, please let me know. I made the first batch of these for my grandson, Odin. He is crazy about anything Halloween-related. Thicknesses are available in 1/8-inch, 1/4-inch, 1/2-inch, and 3/4-inch.  Thinner cutouts may only be available made from plywood due to strength considerations. I can easily make these in any size up to 8-inches wide. Larger sizes are available at additional cost. Larger sizes require hiring a print shop to print the patterns, but I can make them.
