Wooden Toy Model T by Ken Martin

As far as I know there is no pattern available for these but they should be fairly easy to duplicate. I think I need to make some of these. Yellow Handmade Wooden Toy Model T With Spoke Wheels Yellow Handmade Wooden Toy Model T With Spoke Wheels

I really like these little trucks. They are tough, small enough for little hands, and they roll great. A good carpet toy. Most small push/pull toys don't work to well. The wheels are to small and they don't have enough ground clearance. The more they are used the better they work. These are more difficult to make than one might think considering the simple design. Cutting thick wood well with a scroll saw is difficult and the hard soft nature of the pine wood grain makes it even harder. Due to the difficulty I was experiencing getting the windows to look right when cutting a regular window shape I made some of these with drilled windows. Personally, I don't think this looks right but it's better than throwing away a ruined toy. Wooden Toy Airplane - Little Village Stunt Plane

Built by Ken Martin from the book " Little Village Toy Plans for the Table Saw " The design was slightly modified from the plans in the book. It looks like a very simple toy to build especially if you have limited tools. This one has some issues. Tear out around the exhaust pipes the didn't show up until I was installing the exhaust pipes and a pitch pocket that I thought was a knot until the solvent from the finish started dissolving it. I was going to throw in in the trash but it's hard for me to do that so I listed it at a discounted price. If it doesn't sell Odin can add it to his toy box. The playability isn't affected at all and if you don't look close it really doesn't look bad.   Do you think it will sell?
